Hey everyone! I am so excited to be talking to the beautiful Aeryon Ashlie today!

Aeryon is a Mother, Coach, Public Speaker, Fitness Competitor, Published Fitness Model and an Account Manager for one of the leading supplement companies in Canada.

Since a young child Aeryon has had an unhealthy relationship with Food and her Body. This relationship led to years of struggling with bulimia. Aeryon, now in control of bulimia chooses to call her food disorder a friend and a reminder to take control of her life and deal with the anxiety that at times still comes to the surface. 6 years ago she took the stand and said enough with being sick and tired all of the time. She wanted to be a leader and influence to her daughter and to others that battled this disease.

For the past 6 years, she has worked diligently to finally take a stand and to be a leader for others. Her calling is to now share her story in hopes that others who suffer from this will find encouragement and support through her books, her talks, and programs on her website www.aeryonashlie.com.

Can I get a rockstar heck yes to this amazing woman! I am so excited to hear more from Aeryon.

NEW BLOG POST!!! There seems to be an imaginary bar that we each hold as a standard relating to different areas of our lives. If we can reach certain ideals, then we often believe we have accomplished or succeeded in that particular area. However, a common occurrence and disrupting at times, is the bar we have set is sometimes or even constantly shifting. We are always chasing this elusive "thing". We are never enough or have enough. (Imagine a hamster on a wheel chasing a piece of cheese)…. To finish reading this blog click on my website link in my bio above 👆👆👆 Photo credit: @ingridpaul_3. Hey everyone!! It’s Holls Barks here and I’m so excited to be talking today with the beautiful Janna Breslin!

Janna is a professional model, Multi published Cover Model, Certified Nutritional Therapist, and NASM certified personal trainer based in San Diego, California.

Janna’s modeling journey started in 2008.  She found her niche with fitness and swimwear when she decided to compete in National Physique Committee competitions and took home 6 winnings in the bikini division.  This inspired her to direct her attention on her ultimate passions such as fitness, nutrition, holistic living, and overall well-being.  The fitness industry sparked a huge passion turned career choice, quite different than her previous job working as a Pharmaceutical Representative for one of the leading drug companies in the world.

The most important and valuable part of life for Janna is being healthy on a cellular level.  Her belief is that once someone is nourished on a cellular level, then you can’t help but obtain a healthy outside appearance.   Janna follows a micro-nutrient dense diet without any gluten, grains, dairy, soy, sugar, caffeine, processed or GMO foods, which fills her diet with organic whole foods.

A majority of her time is spent listening to alternative medicine webinars to gather the newest and most up to date information to share with family, friends, and clients.

Living an active lifestyle out of the gym is just as important for Janna. Some of her favorite activities include walking her dog, hiking, backpacking, biking, tennis, golfing, swimming, and hot yoga.  With a passion for travel, she makes it a point to travel to a different part of the world at least annually.

Janna is now living her dream in sunny San Diego pursuing fitness and swimwear modeling full force! And today we get to talk to her and learn a little bit more about this incredibly inspiring and beautiful rockstar!

I was going to caption this “The look you give when someone disturbs your mud bath”… but then I thought “When Mom tells you to stop digging for sand crabs” would also be funny 🤔 what do you think? 📷 @lee_lhgfx @fitnessgurls •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• #strongnotskinny #girlswholift #girlswithmuscle #fitgirl #health #fitness #workout #gym #squats #macros #flexibledieting #aesthetic #shredded #fitspo #npcbikini #fitnessmotivation #inspiration #cleaneating #fitnessmodel #bikinicompetitor #healthy #abs #strongwomen #glutes #muscle #bodybuilding #weightloss #iifym #intuitiveeating #iifymgirls

My fourth cover is on the October 2017 travel issue of @fitnessgurls magazine 🙌🏻 Shot by @lee_lhgfx in #Medellin #Colombia 🇨🇴 — I'll never forget this trip 😅… funny story… I flew into Medellin super late at night (on my birthday) by myself and it was my first time flying alone to another country so I was nervous. I got a ride from the airport to the hotel and the driver didn't know any English. So we both stayed very quiet. About 30 minutes into the ride he pulls over onto the side of a dark cliff and tells me to get out of the car. I immediately got extremely defensive and scared as F@&$… obviously 😂 He gets out of the car and proceeds to open my door. I literally made my hands into fists and was ready to attempt to knock the guy out. When he opens the door, I looked outside and noticed a large crowd looking over the cliff. Little did I know he was super nice and wanted to show me the city from the highest point in Medellin 😇 haha such a beautiful place with so many fun and amazing memories with amazing people!! ❤️ @fitnessgurls @lee_lhgfx @sarahorbanicphotos @hopebeel @hunnybunsfit @justinmartinphoto •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• #eatclean #shredded #nutrition #lifting #gymlife #body #train #success #bodybuilder #lifestyle #workout #strong #ripped #hardwork #cardio #transformationtuesday #fitfam #fitness #gym #aesthetic #getfit #bodybuilding #fitspiration #healthy #crossfit #beachbody #exercise

Walked the streets of La Jolla, we saw this beauty, and the only thing I was thinking during this shoot was… 😬 "I really hope the owner doesn't come outside and see me sitting on his car" 🚗💃🏻 Tag a Mustang lover! The Fitness Gurls Podcast: Jordan Edwards

Hey everyone! It’s HollsBarks and today I’m super excited to be talking with the beautiful and incredibly fit and inspiring Jordan Edwards!! Jordan is 25 years old and is from Orlando Fl.

Growing up, Jordan was always an athlete. She was in volleyball, track, competitive cheerleading, college cheerleading, and college track.

She has always “worked out” as a byproduct of being so active and athletic with sports, but she never started lifting in a gym until she tore her ACL in college.

From that moment, she stopped playing sports and started focusing on making her body healthy. She immediately started seeing changes in her body that she had never seen before and she started posting her progress on her social media. She quickly earned a loyal following and was the go to source for many on questions about her progress. She started getting people that were extremely interested in her method of working out and she found herself giving free advice constantly.

It wasn’t long before she decided to get certified in personal training and her career started to take off. Overcoming her ACL injury was the biggest challenge she has ever had to endure and overcome and it changed her completely.

This life lesson has allowed her to learn her body. She now feels stronger and healthier. Jordan is now a fitness role model, positive influencer and a new NPC bikini competitor. She has just recently signed on as an ambassador for EHPlabs which has been a major goal of her and she continues to find new ways to grow every single day.
