This will ensure that before actually, the injury happens, you are able to detect the problem or the extra pain in some of the muscles of the body. 3 Opt for cardio exercises:
In order to make your body accustomed to exercising, you have to also opt for the cardio exercises. When you opt for the cardio exercises, you will also opt for the stretching exercises. This will actually make your body much more flexible. That is why you have to always focus on the cardio exercises. You have to slowly increase the intensity of the cardio exercises as well. Cardio exercises are a great warm-up for your body as well.
