2 Improving your grip:

Also, with the help of proper grip, you will be able to avoid various hand and wrist injuries as well. You have to keep in mind that you have to not only train your toes but also fingers as well. Once you are able to do that, injuries can be easily avoided. This will also help you in building up your strength as well.

3 Foot muscles:
Even if you’re targeting the lower part of your body, chances are you might not be targeting the foot muscles. You have to always ensure that you are able to develop the foot muscles as well. This will reduce the pressure on your knees as well as on your ankles. This will also help you in avoiding any kind of injuries as well. That is why; you have to always target the intrinsic foot muscles.
