How did you get started in fitness?
After the birth of my son, I wanted to get rid of the “baby weight” so I started working with a personal trainer who had me lifting weights- something I had never really done before, and I loved the results that I was seeing! I decided to do a show, and one going led to another.
How do you stay motivated in your career?
It’s really hard honestly. I go through waves of super motivation, and then feeling a less motivated at times when life gets stressful; it’s not easy to stay committed to something that requires so much dedication. But at the end of the day, I love it, and I love that my story helps motivate others. Receiving emails about how someone saw my photo, and it motivated them to change their lives- I’d say that’s definite motivation.
What’s your favorite music to workout to?
Ahhh, like super hardcore rap and hip hop. Lol.
What’s your favorite cheat meal?
Pizza, French fries, and sushi!
How do you deal with cravings?
Focus on the show, and the repercussions of those cravings: more cardio!!!
What does your diet consist of?
Chicken breast, chicken breast, chicken breast, and did I mention chicken breast?
What are your 3 favorite exercises?
I love squats- any and all forms. Because they build that booty!
I actually love running bleachers because of the conditioning that it puts your body through.
And I love working abs. I think abs are extremely sexy on women.
Which female celebrity’s physique do you admire the most?
Sofia Vegara – because she’s in her 40’s and still has a very voluptuous body; and her face is gorgeous too.
What celebrity male’s physique do you find idea on guys?
I have a major crush on Curtis 50 cent Jackson. Don’t judge me! Lol
What supplements would you use/recommend?

Just do it. Don’t listen to anyone who is trying to tell you that you can’t do it.
