How did you get started in fitness?
I was a gymnast from the age of 3 and carried on for 15 years. Getting to a level of representing Great Britain. I then started the gym to help stay in shape once I stopped.
How do you stay motivated in your career?
I am a very dedicated person. When I put my mind to something I do it to the best of my ability. I don’t do anything by halves. I am also very competitive and I like to be the best. I always like to be better than I used to be.
What’s your favorite music to workout to?
Anything with a beat. Rnb and hip hop mixes are my favourites. I love Eminem – till I collapse and DJ Snake ft Lil John – turn down for what.
What’s your favorite cheat meal?
Pizza!!! Pizza pizza pizza!
How do you deal with cravings?
I do a lot of baking. I use protein powders and healthy ingredients to make sweet treats like brownies, pancakes and muffins. This way I still feel like I’m eating my favourite foods but they are healthy.
What does your diet consist of?
My diet is very balanced. Lots of protein from shakes, meat, fish and eggs. Carbohydrates from vegetables, fruit, brown rice and yams. I also include a lot of good fats such as nuts, avocado etc.
What are your 3 favorite exercises?
Squats are definitely my favourite, they burn a lot of calories. They also build that bubble butt, and shape your abs and legs too. Lunges are another fab exercise. They build shapely hamstrings and lift my butt more. Hanging leg raises – these give me a long tight torso and are fab for building a very feminine six pack.
Which female celebrity’s physique do you admire the most?
Paige Hathaway had the ultimate female physique in my opinion, she is absolutely gorgeous and has muscle. She is healthy and has curves. She isn’t an unhealthy size 0. Her body is feminine yet ripped! Her physique inspired me to start lifting weights.
What celebrity male’s physique do you find idea on guys?
Chris Hemsworth. His body is amazing. I find big arms and shoulders really attractive in a man – think it’s because you would feel protected. As a dad of three he still keeps up an amazing muscly physique.
What supplements would you use/recommend if any?
Bcaa – Vitally important for me. They keep my muscle from burning away during exercise. Omega 3 oil – important for bone health, and your joints and arteries. It’s also really important for your hair and skin. I would also say a good quality multivitamin. It is really important for overall health, especially if you are on a calorie restricted diet.

I am hoping to win my WBFF pro card and carry on competing with them. I would love to be a fitness gurls magazine cover girl and become a big name in the fitness world.
