How did you get started in fitness?
I began my fitness journey about 2 yrs ago to get ready for a beauty pageant. When I started seeing results I became completely addicted and now it is my passion.

How do you stay motivated in your career?
To stay motivated I like to compare pictures and see how far i have. This helps me push harder to keep transforming my body.

What’s your favorite music to workout to?
My favorite music to workout is hard rock.


What’s your favorite cheat meal?
I am a desert fanatic so my favorite cheat meal it’s Cake.

How do you deal with cravings?
When I start having cravings I usually snack on a healthier version of what I’m craving. I like to snack on protein bars like quest bars or power crunch.

What are your 3 favorite exercises?
My 3 favorite exercises
1. Pull ups- because that was one of my fitness goal to be able to do pull ups.
2. Lunges because we all like to built nice glutes
3. Seated dumbbell press because I’m obsessed with shoulders.

Which female celebrity’s physique do you admire the most?
I admire Michelle Lewin, she was one of the first I started following on Instagram and I learned a lot from her workout videos.

What supplements would you use or recommend?
I like to use Betancourt Nutrition supplements.

I will be doing my first two bikini competitions here in Georgia and move my way up to the pro stage.

Do you have any advice or inspirational words for someone who is aspiring to get into the fitness world?
If you want it that bad you will find a way to do it. The process takes time but it will be worth it.
