How did you get started in fitness?
Ive always been pretty active. Growing up I played soccer and competitive cheer.
In high school I kinda lost touch with fitness and started to party and was eating what ever I wanted to. Struggled a lot with confidence, relationships and was just really lost for a few years and wasn’t headed in the right direction. Well after a emotional breakup I decided I wanted to change. I started focusing more on my family, business, school, proper nutrition and the gym. I had just turned 21, and while all my friends were going out to the bars and clubs I stayed home prepped my meals, went to the gym and focused on being better each day cause I knew it would pay off and have a positive affect on my future. I knew the lifestyle I had chosen now was better for me then the lifestyle I had chosen for years. I have the confidence, the mindset, the drive to do better, and a positive out look on life that I didn’t have before.

How do you stay motivated in your career?
Well after my first npc bikini show in 2013 I knew I wanted to see more changes to physique. Ive always loved challenging myself and with this new found love for fitness I decided to get my personal training certification and expand my knowledge and learn more about proper nutrition. Im constantly setting goals for myself and just really push myself each day. I also found it motivating and love helping my clients and other people achieve their fitness goals. Its not easy but its POSSIBLE and so worth it to live a healthier lifestyle.

What’s your favorite cheat meal?
My go to cheat is normally a burger or sushi and froyo.

How do you deal with cravings?
I treat myself to a cheat meal once a week and normally what ever I’m craving I will eat it then. My cravings are normally just quest bars, peanut butter and pancakes so I just eat those things in moderation and I sometimes make protein pancakes. There is normally ALWAYS a healthier choice to what ever it is you’re craving. I do not deprive myself but I eat healthy majority of the time so then when I do want to have something I’m craving I don’t feel so guilty or binge.

What does your diet consist of?
The right combination of protein, complex carbs, fruit and healthy fats. I love oatmeal so my go to in the mornings for the past few months have been protein pancakes and over night oats.

What are your 3 favorite exercises?
I love to work legs so squats, lunges, and plyometrics. I also like doing HIIT cardio, anything that gets my heart rate up.

Which female celebrity’s physique do you admire the most?
Michelle Lewin is the first that comes to mind. There are so many strong and amazing women out there that I admire but Michelle Lewin has always been my favorite! No matter how big her name is she is still humble and hilarious and has such a natural beauty.

What’s one of the biggest things you’ve accomplish your life as a fitness personality?
Well I just recently designed my own website so Im pretty excited about that! Provides tips and online training.

What supplements would you use or recommend if any?
That all depends on the you are trying to achieve. For me I use GenetX Supplements. They have a fat burner and pre workout that I love. For a non stimulate pre workout I use EVP. I take multi vitamin, EVA, CLA, probiotics, dandelion root and amino acids. Cellucor protein powder to bake with.

If you can do one thing in the fitness industry what would it be?
To inspire someone and to make a difference. Show people that anything is possible if you set your mind to it, work hard and never give up. To enjoy life, family, and to do anything and everything that makes you happy. Find what you’re passionate about and run with it and never stop setting goals and taking risks.

What’s next for you?
Well right now I’m focusing a lot on my clients and training. I don’t know what the future holds for me but Im ready!
