How did you get started in fitness?
I initially started my fitness journey after realizing I had gained 20kgs in the first year after I finished high school from unhealthy eating and partying all the time. Once I realized how unhealthy my life was, and growing up relatively fit, I joined a gym, did some research online I began doing weights in the gym and cardio outdoors. After becoming stagnant in my training and recognizing I wasn’t achieving the results I wanted, I decided to train towards a body building competition and enlisted a body sculpting coach to help with my conditioning and muscle gain. Ever since then, I have not looked back and my health and fitness levels and goals have never been better.

Do you have any advice or inspirational words for someone who is aspiring to get into the fitness world?
I found that I need to have a goal. Not an end goal, as I always want to keep improving, but just a goal. I.E aim for more intensity, or more weight etc. Without something to look forward to, I found my motivation isn’t as high.
