Jade has been a winner of many bikini competitions but found her love with drag racing to suit her wild child style. College educated and a championship winner, this bombshell is sure to win your heart and get rid of your stereotypes of the stereotypical blonde. Jade Atkinson is always at it to win it again! When did you get started in training and living a fit lifestyle?
I officially started training seriously, in 2012. However, I grew up very active playing competitive sports and teaching figure skating.
What is the most challenging thing about being a fitness model?
Honestly, the most challenging part is gaining lean muscle. For myself personally, it was hard for me to put on muscle without increasing my calories, except for my booty… just kidding I train it 3 times!
Do you listen to music while you train? If so, what’s your favorite type of music you like working out to?
ABSOLUTELY!!! Music always puts me in the best mood!! Depends if I’m training weights or doing cardio but typically my hot go to is EDM, Mashup/remix!!
What is your current training style, routine or split?
I train 6 days a week.
1 – Back + Glute Day
2 – Upper body Circuit+ Abs
3 – Ham + Glute Day
4- Shoulder Day
5 – Full body circuit
6 – Quads + Glutes
7 – Rest
What’s your most memorable photo shoot or the funniest thing that’s happened on a shoot?
LMFAO – well – this past Olympia, I was doing starter sprint shots. First shot, I totally tripped on the second step, did a face dive into a roll. Needless to say, we could not get any back shots after that I had road rash and cuts everywhere!!! Best part is, the photographer didn’t even get the bloopers!! I was SOOOO bummed!
