Decide when it's worth it, should you drink at every dinner out, no. On vacation, of course! You just have to decide which occasion is worth the indulgence. 2. Choose your drink wisely, I know there are a lot of winos out there and trust me I enjoy a nice glad of Cab but one REAL serving of red wine contains 90 calories. Stick to lower calorie mixers when drinking liquor. 3. Have a full 8oz glass of water after every drink. Did you know alcohol dehydrated you?
