Little known fact: In between the photoshoots, glamorous vacations, and entertainment gigs, I work a minimum wage part-time job as a juicer 6 days a week, bartend at night, work with @circleapp.io as their social media marketing head, and come this summer, will be working with my man at his surf spot in Manhattan Beach. Hindsight is such a funny thing. It wasn't too long ago that I was getting home most nights at 5am, and here I am in 2017 arriving at the gym before sunrise every morning so I can be at work by 7. There's no doubt I was born with a silver spoon in my mouth, but since I dropped out of college I've considered it my incumbent duty to educate myself on life and the world around me. The struggle has been incredible and it's been monumentally rewarding to watch the callouses form on my hands and the strength build in my character. This year has been a giant adventure between reconnecting with God, falling MAJORLY in love with the most incredible man I've ever met, and understanding just how blessed I am and have always been. If you want it, work for it. Today I had to push through and motivate to get to the gym and not get down about the fact that the girl I was bartending with last night took my share of our tips (????????). But ya know what? I'm honestly loving this struggle. It's all about moving forward, building, and being happy along the way. ????You never know what your actual potential is until you give your 100 percent focus. I had chicken legs my whole life and I never thought they would grow nor have any shape to them. I've been lifting now for only a year and a half and the changes in my body are huge. Once I actually made the decision to make this a lifestyle and be patient and consistent the results came much quicker. Don't stare in the mirror stressing everyday. Instead embrace the journey and accept it takes some time but the sooner you learn to enjoy the process the sooner the results come! ????I have taken my @innerarmour supplements daily and have been super consistent for over a year with them. if you want to know what I take DM me. ????@mark.valeriano
