Skipped cardio and dove right into ARM DAY!??No regrets! Video 1️⃣: a combo of biceps and front delts that I love. Some times I will isolate one side and work the other and other times I will just bust it out normally. You can apply isolation to ANY exercise! Video 2️⃣: posing because duh that’s what we do as Bikini competitors. Always posing. I’m gearing up to switch sides because of a rib that is jiggling itself outward because of unalignment in my back?but I’m okay! We make adjustments and take care of ourselves and move forward on this beautiful Monday and every other day! @mrolympiallc @ifbb_pro_league @npctennessee

HOLY *sugar-free* CANNOLI I WON THE @musclebeachvenice OVERALL BIKINI COMPETITION!!! ??❤️?? I’ve always wanted to compete in a straight up fitness comp, but to be honest, I’ve had some reservations about developing super hulkish arm muscles and spray tanning my skin a very vivid shade of Cheeto dust orange ?? BUT, when I heard about this competition I had to compete- I miss the stage!! For the last few months I’ve worked my booty off eating clean, training hard, visualizing my success, and practicing my posing. I was pleased with my performance but absolutely blown away when I was announced the overall bikini champion! I’d like to say thank you to @erykbui_ifbbpro for answering any and all questions I had and giving me the tools I needed to feel confident on stage, Khay and the @sakuraswimwear team for this DYNAMITE bikini and all the laughs and love, and @butch.dennis and the champ @allswangfitness for adopting me backstage and lookin out for ur lil lone wolf!!! Yesterday wouldn’t have been nearly as special without my girls @ardencotoulas @carlyanneamos and @healthful_ev coming by to give me some hugs, high fives, and a list of junk food they just ate ???‍♀️?? or without @daggers80 who is always there for me when I need it, providing me with love, faith, and support.
