We’re so excited to feature you, you’ve been killing it lately in the fitness industry, how long have you been in the industry?
I have always been physically active. I played on a travel soccer team for the majority of my life. After high school, I had to figure out what was next. This is when I got into weight lifting and kickboxing. In the fall of 2017, I began competitive bodybuilding. My NPC coach Justin Horrell helped me for my first NPC bikini show, and I fell in love with the process. Justin and his wife, IFBB Pro Carly Starling Horrell, were always such an inspiration. From NPC I transitioned into WBFF where I received my pro card in the fitness category November of 2018.

Summer is coming up and girls want to look gorgeous in their bikinis. What 3 tips would you give to anyone wanting to achieve their best physique?
1) Ladies don’t be afraid to lift as heavy as you can. Shoot for 3- 4 sets of 10-12 reps as heavy as you can go! By doing this you’ll develop some great curves.
2) Nutrition is everything. Ditch the sugary drinks and the fast food. My fitness pal is a great tool to keep track of your calories. It helps us achieve the look we desire as well as living a healthier life style.
3) make sure you are getting an adequate amount of sleep every night. Sleep can affect your weight loss goals. It also aids in muscle recovery. It is the most important factor in building an amazing physique.
Who are the Top 3 Fitness Athletes or Models you looked up to or admired before you got into the fitness industry?
I always loved Andreia Brazier’s strong physique. She has a very sexy look with a lot of muscle. Before I even got into WBFF, I told myself I wanted to have a similar physique to her. They say strong is the new sexy right.
My other inspiration is my WBFF coach Caroline DeCampos. Caroline endured many things that could have set her back. She had multiple knee surgeries but chose to never give up and ended up winning the WBFF crown. She pushed me to always believe in myself despite all set backs . I am so grateful to have her as my mentor.
Another fitness inspiration is Viviane “Vivi” Winkler . I love Vivi’s strong defined legs. Her quads are one of a kind! I love her work ethic in the gym . She is always pushing herself past her limits .
