I have loved working with Fitness Gurls so much! Everyone is so inspiring on the team and all work towards helping others get fit! The best part is building new relationships with others in the industry and reaching out to so many people to help them live healthy lives!

WHAT ARE YOU MOST PASSIONATE ABOUT?
That’s a hard one because I am passionate about everything in my life and choose to live by what inspires me from the inside. I am extremely devoted, dedicated, and passionate in my pursuit of living a healthy example while inspiring, motivating, and teaching others along the way.

HOW HAS FITNESS CHANGED YOUR LIFE?
In so many ways! I have significantly increased my energy, mental focus, and overall happiness! We must remember that being fit is more than your physical health! Being fit affects your emotional well being too!

YOU HAVE A VERY MAINSTREAM PHYSIQUE YET ITS STILL VERY FITNESS, WHICH WOMAN’S PHYSIQUE IN FITNESS OR MAINSTREAM DO YOU ADMIRE MOST?
I can appreciate all fitness physiques and the dedication that people put into it. For my own physique I prefer to have a bikini-fit look and ultimately remain small in size. Feeling sexy, fit, & curvy

WHAT IS FITBODY ALL ABOUT?
I started Fitbody to energize as many people as possible! FitBody brings fit tips, information, motivation, and inspiration to many out there to begin living a fit, clean, healthy, and happy lifestyle. It is a new way of living, simply made, simply shown through Fitbody. Fitbody is also an energy, embrace it, live it, breath it!

AND LASTLY, WHATS THE SECRET TO STAYING FIT AND INCREDIBLE LIKE YOU DO YEAR AROUND?
Must I tell my secret? Being fit is NOT A DIET! It’s a lifestyle and dedication spent mostly from what appears in your kitchen! I make sure to eat clean with a well balanced nutritional intake 6 times a day, going no more than 3 hours in between. Due to my extremely busy schedule, I spend about 45-60 minutes 1 night a week to pre-cook a lot of my meals for the upcoming week. Clean eating combined with dedicated weight training does the trick for me! Remember, you are the author of your daily planner, so pencil this in… Meal prep & gym time. Make it a point for YOU! Afterall, small changes lead to successful results!
