It’s Friday, which is already a good enough reason to celebrate, but here’s something else that’ll have you saying TGIF: the best Instagram posts of the day from our favorite Fitness Gurls. So remember, just because we’re almost done another work week doesn’t mean you should be taking a break when it comes to your workouts too, and let these ladies help inspire you to keep working hard even on your days off.

Accept Past Mistakes. Allow the knowledge you gained to make you a stronger and wiser person. In my eyes, it only becomes a problem if you keep repeating the same mistakes. Accept the past altogether. You cannot alter history. As devastating or hurtful as the past can be, it is the future we look toward and can impact. Use tragedy as an outlet to join community efforts that seek to prevent/support that specific cause. Whatever you are doing should be toward making a better tomorrow. A better tomorrow for yourself, and the generations to come. When I got the call yesterday… it changed my life. In one months time I will face head on my entire past experiences… and help over 700 women build the strength to stand up for themselves. I learned from my mistakes, and now its time to support others and help them rise above.
