The weekend is over and it’s back to work. Monday is always the hardest day for me, but I find waking up an extra 30 minutes early and doing a quick workout helps get your mind functioning optimally. Also, checking out what our Fitness Gurls were up to this weekend is a great way to get us motivated for the week as well.
