Audrina Patridge – January 2014 – Cover Model

You have one of the most beautiful physiques in Hollywood. How has fitness and being physically fit changed your life?
Thank you! Ever since I can remember, I have always been into some kind of exercise or activity that involves fitness. There are so many benefits from being physically fit, like glowing skin, natural energy and looking great. It also gets your “good mood” endorphins going!

How do you stay motivated in your career?
I enjoy what I do, which is very important. I’m always looking for new challenges and ways to push myself out of my comfort zone. I’m definitely a go-getter!

You’re NBC’s “1st Look” new host. What can we look forward to this season?
We will be eating, playing and indulging around the country! Everything from the best brunches and dining spots, to unique speakeasies and adrenaline, filled activities.

You been a fixture on TV for years, but you’re also an amazing model, which do you have more fun doing?
That’s a tough question. I love modeling because it’s like playing dress up and expressing yourself through different looks and body language toward the camera. However, being on TV is also fun because you get to show your personality and relate to people.

What’s your favorite music to work out to?
I love anything upbeat! I listen to a lot of DJ mixes by Steve Aioki and Tiësto to get me going.

What’s your favorite cheat meal?
I love In-N-Out, it’s so good!

How do you deal with cravings?
I eat whatever I’m craving, but in moderation. Sometimes it’s just the taste you’re craving and not the entire plate. Don’t deprive yourself.

What does your diet consist of?
I have always eaten pretty healthy. I eat a lot of fish, veggies, fruit, rice, and chicken. Pretty much anything, just in moderation.

What are your 3 favorite exercises?
Pilates – I feel it lengthens you and tones.
Water activities – I think anything in the water is so good for you and fun.
Dance – a dancer’s body is the best!

Which female celebrity’s physique do you admire the most?
I love Sofia Vergara – she has curves, but she is also fit. I also think Gisele Bundchen has an amazing body. She’s healthy and super toned.

What celebrity male’s physique do you find ideal on guys?
David Beckham and Channing Tatum both have amazing bodies! You can tell they care about their physiques, but they aren’t overly buff or bulky.

What supplements would you use or recommend if any?
I take krill oil and vitamin B every day. They’re great for your skin and energy.

What’s next for you?
Right now, I’m traveling the country filming for “1st Look,” which airs January 11 on NBC after Saturday Night Live. I am also the ambassador for Curve Appeal for Men. As for next year, I have two exciting new things I have been working on that I’m super excited about, but I can’t let you in on that quite yet!
