How did you get started in fitness?
I’ve always been really active and involved in sports but after high school I really didn’t know what to do sports wise. I started working out with a friend of mine that competed and I instantly became addicted to lifting the more I saw my body transform.
How do you stay motivated in your career?
I’m a very competitive person and always compete with myself. I push myself in and out of the gym because I never want to end my day being disappointed in myself.
How did you get connected with Neon?
I have always used Cellucor products and was reached out to work The Olympia at the Neon Sport booth. As the show was wrapping up, I decided to let my personality show and started throwing our Neon Sport shirts into the crowd. With the DJ blasting EDM, we had the Neon booth packed and I guess I left a good impression because I was signed a few months later.
What’s your favorite music to workout to?
I love EDM and heavy rock.
What’s your favorite cheat meal?
I love sushi and any bakery items, like cake and cupcakes!
How do you deal with cravings?
My passion for fitness is pretty strong, so that really helps me stay focused on my goals. I still get cravings but its important to live life and its okay to treat yourself in moderation.
What does your diet consist of?
In show season I am a little more focused and keep my diet pretty simple. I usually stick to whole foods because they keep me feeling full. Don’t be afraid of carbs or fats, your body needs both!
What are your 3 favorite exercises?
Squats, deadlifts and side laterals raises. I love squats and deadlifts because I love lifting heavy and those two exercises I lift more than some guys in the gym. I also love any shoulder exercises but side laterals are my favorite. Both legs and shoulders are my favorite days in the gym.
Which female celebrity’s physique do you admire the most?
Dana Linn Bailey has always been my number one inspiration. She was my main source of motivation. I also greatly admire Ashley Horner because of her athleticism and her awesome personality.
What supplements would you use or recommend?
If you really put work in the gym, I would definitely recommend Neon Sport’s pre-worout.

What’s next for you?
I will making my debut as a Pro Fitness Diva at Wbff Worlds in Vegas in August, then after I want to focus more of modeling and other opportunities.
