Amanda Latona Is Pure Fitness!

If you’re looking for true fitsporation, there aren’t many women out there who can say they’ve accomplished as much as Amanda Latona Kuclo has. She’s a 10-time IFBB Pro Bikini Champion, a fitness model who’s been featured in Muscle and Fitness, FLEX and Oxygen Magazine, and a personal trainer with a series of online workout videos. But that’s not all, the “Booty Queen” of the fitness industry, as she’s known, also has her own line of workout apparel. Which means she’s helping her followers to look good at the gym in more ways than one.

Cable shoulder press doin 1 1/2s πŸ’ͺ🏼 Ok, before I get into training notes , I'm training in my leggings from my own line , @bootyqueenapparel But can we take a sec and πŸ‘€ peep the other 2 pairs of #bootyqueenapparel In the background on the stairs?? Holla! Super cool to walk in a gym and see ladies training in your leggings. πŸ€— yay to that. Ok, I ❀️ training shoulders, my 2nd fav thing to train πŸ˜‰ and here I'm doing a cable shoulder press with one full rep plus one half rep Hence why 1 1/2s. I always preach I love cables because they place constant tension on the muscle , so by adding in an extra half rep between your full reps your placing your muscles under even more tension and yay to that right? As a self proclaimed gym nerd I must give you my Gym nerd notes πŸ’ͺπŸΌπŸ€“ πŸ‘‰πŸΌ I go all the way up on my full reps WITHOUT locking my elbows which again adds extra time under tension. πŸ‘‰πŸΌ I squeeze at the top of the full rep as well as squeeze at the half rep πŸ‘‰πŸΌ I make sure to keep my traps down I mean I'm not looking for trap size ya know and I see a lot of women shrug their shoulders during exercises so ladies, think about keeping those shoulders down, focus on the muscle your using and stretch in between sets. Ok that's about it. Try adding this to your shoulder training arsenal. One of my fav exercises for the glutes. The most awesome butt blaster. Here I'm doing a controlled weight but giving a squeeze hold at the top contraction πŸ‘πŸ€— As you can see.. This contributes to the ever sought after #shelflife πŸ’πŸ»πŸ‘ Notice my stance. Far forward with the front leg, I'm not just standing up and pushing back, I'm crouched down and focusing on using my glutes with full range of motion, neutral spine, core fixed to only use the glutes with Mind muscle connection to push through the heels and squeezing I mean really freakin squeezing the top part of my bootay. Do it. feel it. Train dem cakes and tell Em Amanda sent ya. I'm wearing @bootyqueenapparel leggings, just in and I freakin LOVE them. I'm drinking @teamallmax H-VOL and amino cuts to swell the cell.
