How did you get started in fitness?
I have always been active growing up and through school in sports and dance. Dance became a big part of my life for a long time, I studied it in school and continued on after and was a professional cheerleader. After I was done with that part of my life I was still interested in pursuing the physical aspects of working out and staying in shape and wanted to carry it to another level and see what could become of it.
How do you stay motivated?
I obtain a lot of my motivation from the people that I interact with, my fans and people that send me emails or leave me messages on my social media sites. People state how I motivate them, how I have helped them achieve their goals by following what I am doing. It is a great feeling to know I can help others just by what I do in my life every day and by staying positive and encouraging others to do the same!
