6. Sasha Banks
Sasha Banks is a 4x WWE Raw Women’s Champion and a 1x NXT Women’s Championship winner. She began her wrestling career at Chaotic Wrestling in 2008 under the ring name Mercedes KV. Sasha hits the gym five days a week as an effort to keep herself in top condition during and after her in-ring performances. In her regular gym sessions, she focuses on working her entire body with exercises such as barbell movements, big lifts, rope work, kettlebell exercises, and deadlifts. She attributes her killer body to her protein-rich diet and regular gym sessions.
