…➡️ Glute Isolated Exercises – Weighted Donkey Kicks! Your glutes are made up of half fast twitch fibres, therefore in order to get good results they'll definitely benefit from the high rep range. Donkey kicks can be done using cables, smith machine or my favourite ankle weights. I could easily do 4-5 sets of 30-50 reps in one gym session, always remembering to squeeze at the top to really activate the glutes and feel the burn.
