How do I stay lean year round? First off, I found a passion in working out. I honestly rarely go a day without some sort of exercise or active activity. This also helps because I love food so much. I eat more than Justin sometimes, no shame! But it's okay, because I work my butt off in the gym. I will say that diet is extremely Important and I don't eat junk 100% off the time. I stick to the plan throughout the week and eat at home. If I have a major craving I listen to my body and accommodate myself if it makes sense. This way when the weekend comes I reward myself with those cheat meals. There is no drastic up and down change in my diet or exercise throughout the year so it's much easier to stay on track. I fluctuate yes, but not enough that I can't catch back up quickly. Try these little tricks if you're feeling stuck.
