What is it that motivates you? Is it the gradual process of seeing results or is it the instant gratification you get from working out knowing you gave it your all and worked hard? For me personally it is both. I love how I feel after a workout especially on those days when I prefer to skip. Yes! I have those days too! 😜 After you have a good sweat going on you know your body is on the road to showing results. BUT now let's talk long term.. the slow progress of it.. I am motivated by it too as I am excited to see just where my actions are taking my body. Taking progress pictures weekly when you are on a fitness program show you the gradual changes that are occurring.
