How did you get in to the fitness industry?
I was never really into sports or working out in high school, but after I moved away from home at 18 I gained quite a bit of weight! I didn’t have a clue how to eat healthy! I hired a personal trainer And began learning and really enjoying working out! I began modeling for swimwear and lingerie catalogs but after seeing that photogs would photoshop my abs and biceps out, I realized the fitness industry was a better fit for me.

What the secret to staying in such great shape?
Eating a healthy balanced diet of fruits, veggies, protien, and carbs! Also drinking lots of water to stay hydrated. And making sure I make it to the gym at least 4-5 times a week!

Personal training or modeling, which do you like more?
I really enjoy both! I love the opportunity of teaching people how to live healthier lives, and seeing their confidence grow as they meet their fitness goals! But I love the platform that modeling gives me to be a positive inspiration to others!
