How did you get started in fitness?
In 2010 my Boyfriend took me to the Olympia. At the time I knew NOTHING about working out in the gym or reaching that level of a physique. About a year later I finally decided I wanted to reach my potential, so I made the commitment and started training for my very first show! The rest is history =)
How do you stay motivated?
I stay motivated by constantly setting new goals for myself.
What does your diet consist of?
Pretty basic – Meat Protein, complex carbs, healthy fats….and the occasional FroYo for dessert. HEY IM HUMAN, sometimes you just need to treat yourself! =)
What’s your favorite music to workout to?
Any Club/Dance Remixes. I have to have an exciting beat that gets me motivated to move!
What body part are you most proud of?
Definitely my arms! They have come a long way from when I first started and I plan to keep making improvements as I continue on this path.
What’s the best part about being a fitness competitor?
I have to say meeting all of my other fellow athletes. I have the best time back stage and have become stedfast friends with a number of girls Ive met or competed against.
What’s your favorite cheat meal?
Pizza followed by Frozen Yogurt – So good!
What are your 3 favorite exercises?
Stiff leg dead lifts, Reverse lunges using the smith machine, and ANYTHING ELSE BOOTY!
Which female fitness model’s physique do you admire the most?
Justine Munro, because I feel she has done a great job at maintaining her feminine curves while still being tight and conditioned.
What supplements would you use/recommend if any?
Everyone should use some kind of protein supplementation. Especially if you are always on the go like me and need that quick protein source. I cant get enough of the Metabolic Nutrition – Peanut Butter Cookie.
What are you most proud of?
Its hard to pin point just one thing I am MOST proud of. Im proud of all my accomplishments thus far, big or small, and I hope to have many more proud moments in my future.
