My take on my fight: I fought an awesome opponent and I congratulate her on getting the win she deserved. I feel like I have improved a lot over the last few weeks, but little of that was displayed in that fight haha. I feel like I was so focussed on trying to throw a lot of punches after losing my last fight for not throwing enough, that I wasn't even watching what she was throwing, my defence was terrible, my movement was very average too. There are moments where I did good things and landed some great shots, but overall I was disappointed in the way I fought. I gave it absolutely everything effort wise, I just wasn't very smart in there. Oh well, no excuses, just back to the gym to keep working harder to win the next one πŸ˜‰ Can't thank @dino5thstgym and @ironman_marco for everything you've taught me… I'll nail it next time πŸ‘ŠπŸΌπŸ‘ŠπŸΌπŸ˜œ . And it made me feel better to find out after that my opponent had only just missed out on getting picked up for the Canadian Olympic team and has had 42 fights!! (More than 3 x more than me haha).
