How did you get in to the fitness industry I started competing in the fitness industry when I was 21 years old. Members at my local gym who compete felt I would do well in the industry. I decided to give it a shot and I became instantly addicted as soon as my 6 inch heals walked across the stage, I had never felt more in my element. This helped me realize a career in fitness was what I wanted to peruse.
How do you stay in shape? I’m naturally a very energetic person and in all honesty I genuinely enjoy working out. But I also tend to fall into repetitive workout routines easily which is why I invested in Shannon Lynch, my trainer. Her workouts are innovative and very challenging, they always keep my body guessing. So my trick to keeping in shape is by not allowing myself to know a comfort zone.
Which female celebrity’s physique do you admire most? There are three women in Hollywood whose physique’s I admire. Jessica Biel, Cameron Diaz, and Kelly Ripa. All women are consistent, they don’t seem to fluctuate or crash diet for movie roles and appearances, you can tell being healthy and active is a part of their every day lifestyle.
