You have one of the most beautiful physiques in fitness. How has fitness and being physically fit changed your life?

Thank you! My fitness lifestyle has positively changed my life in so many ways. It’s given me self confidence, and with that I am unstoppable.

How do you stay motivated in your career?

My motivation comes from the love I’ve found in the changes I’ve made mentally and physically as well as being able to help others. Theres no better feeling in the world to have others confide in me about similar obstacles they have overcome with my help.

What’s your favorite music to workout to?

I usually only listen to music if I am doing cardio, and it literally depends on the day. I will listen to anything and everything.

What’s your favorite cheat meal?

I love frozen yogurt, thats usually what I indulge in when I have a sweet tooth. Otherwise wings and beer.

How do you deal with cravings?

I keep dark dark chocolate in my freezer for emergencies, haha! Drinking enough water throughout the day usually always does the trick, or a cup of coffee.

What does your diet consist of?

A lot of lean proteins, good fats and fibrous carbs. I don’t eat dairy, and I do very little grains and starches. I do 5 to 6 smaller meals a day about 3 hours apart.

What are your 3 favorite exercises?

I love Arnold shoulder presses because they get that front fatty area in the armpit that is a problem area for a lot of women.
Squats are another favorite because they build your glutes and legs (you can’t have a strong house without a sturdy foundation).
And pull-ups because they target muscles you didn’t even know you had. Adding pull-ups to your lifting routine will add a significant amount of upper body strength.

Which female celebrity’s physique do you admire the most?

Jessica Biel-no question. She obviously works out.

What celebrity male’s physique do you find idea on guys?

Travis Browne’s, duh. Tall, dark and handsome!

What supplements would you use/recommend if any?

I use American Muscle supplements for pre-workout, and recovery as well as their multivitamin. I also take CLA, GLA, BCAA’s, glutamine and MCT oil daily.

What’s next for you?

I just want to keep inspiring others, that is what keeps me motivated. Wherever that leads me, I will go.
