Hello again Hope, what has Fitness Gurls Magazine biggest personalities been up to lately?
I’ve been extremely busy launching my new business, Kyani! I’ve also been traveling a lot and experiencing life.
What types of cardio have worked best for you and what’s a typical workout you do during the week?
I really have seen the best results with HIIT cardio, plus I don’t get as bored when doing it. There is no typical workout for me, I like to switch it up. I love Pilates, yoga, spin, and weight training! If I’m doing a weight training circuit I like to mix weighted exercises with body weight exercises. Try it!
What supplements do you use… and what are some of your favorites you would recommend?
I’m currently only taking three supplements, a multivitamin, omega 3, and a nitric oxide, all three Kyani products! I’ve never taken BCAA’s or any other typical supplement that most athletes take. I just eat food and train hard.
Since this is a Valentine’s Day special, what is the best Valentine’s gift you’ve ever been given?
The best gift and the only gift in my eyes is FOOD, who doesn’t love food, haha! Let me get dressed up and take me somewhere fancy!
What should I guy do to catch the eye of a fitness girl?
Bring her food, haha! But seriously, I think it depends on girl to girl but for me, just someone who is confident and had desire to become more.
When you look back what do you think has been the key to achieving your goals?
Loving and trusting the process, also, knowing that I can only create MY best body and being okay with that. It’s so easy to compare yourself and others results and wish that what your results would come faster. Fitness just doesn’t work that way. I’ve been on my journey for 4 years now and I still have a ways to go, I honestly don’t think I’ll ever get to exactly where I want to be because my goals are always changing.

What’s next for you?
Heading to Colombia next week for the fit expo there and extremely excited about that! I love that I can help spread the awareness of health and fitness all over the world! Also, lots of fun travel trips planned past that as well! Also, I’m continuing to build my brand, working on a few things that are top secret for now, but continue to follow my journey and you will see.
