Amber Nichole Miller: Interview & Photos – Gym Crush

How and when did you get started in training and living a fit lifestyle?
I first started really working out and staying fit when I worked at 24hr Fitness when I was 18.


What got you started in the fitness industry?
I think modeling had me always maintaining fitness but when I was signed as UFC first original Octagon Girl I was more driven by a fit lifestyle also being on national tv.


Along your fitness journey, have you ever felt like quitting… and if so what/who motivated you to keep going?
I’ve never wanted to quit because nothing feels as good as fit feels. I love feeling healthy and fit. It’s a good example for the important people in my life also.

Does being around Mixed Martial Arts inspire you to stay fit?
Most definitely the MMA fighters are some of the most dedicated, determined, fit, and intense people I have ever met and they could inspire anyone to be fit.


What types of cardio have worked best for you?
Running is my favorite cardio because that’s what I have always loved I was in track and field all through school. And running as always helped with endurance and cardio.

What supplements do you use… and what are some of your favorites you would recommend?
I have tried lots of supplements but to be honest I take my vitamins and juice.

When you look back what do you think has been the key to achieving your goals?
Longevity in modeling its imperative to stay healthy and consistent.


What’s one tip you would give to a person just starting their fitness journey?
Always switch it up never get stuck in a fitness routine because you will get board and you will not see much change after awhile.

What’s one of your favorite quotes?
“Where you invest your love you invest your life”

Who knows life is a beautiful adventure I always live for today and be present in every moment!!
