True Happiness and Success come when you let go of the things that are holding you back. You know what "things" I am talking about. Each of us fight our own battle everyday. You know you need to move forward, but don't allow yourself because you fear the "unknown" the "what if. You can't achieve something for yourself if you are constantly putting all your energy into dwelling on someone else's decisions or things that are out of your control. Don't let yourself be at a stand still. Don't get caught up in dishonesty or clinging onto something that brings you down. We have intuition for a reason. That little voice in the back of your mind that tells you what is right or wrong. Don't shut it out. Sometimes the hardest decisions are the best decisions. Be true to yourself. Treat yourself with the love and respect you deserve and let your actions speak louder than words šŸ™šŸ¼ #jenheward #motivationmonday Full outfit from @bumbumbacana code "hunnybunsfit"

Long term goals help you from being frustrated by short term failures. šŸ’ As a multiple business creator I can tell you now that plan A never works. It's more like plan A4C3Z that you'll finally get things going how you imagined, and years later haha. It's the same with getting fit. There is no one way to do it, and what works for one person isn't guaranteed to work for the next. If you fail, it's not the end, so don't give up! Keep your eye on the end game, be patient, take notes of how you reacted to different things and don't worry about what others are doing. This is why when creating @body.b.a.m I didn't want to put out just another "one-size-fits-all" nutrition/fitness program. I don't believe in that. I wanted to give really detailed but easy to understand explanations and videos of everything, so you can know how to tweak it to suit you and get the result YOU want. 27/4/16 "don't sweat the small stuff" Bodybuilding and physique changing doesn't need to be isolating, miserable or perfect. There will be challenges and obstacles along the way. If you decide to compete or go form A to B and follow a strict or structured plan; remember you CHOSE to do this. Just remember… There is more to life than just your physical or exterior.. You are not defined by this. Be more than just a body. Bodies age and looks fade, have personality, compassion, humour and opinion. Dig deeper. Know that after your show life goes on. Don't ditch your friends. Don't lose your tempter at your loved ones. Don't quit your day job. When you finish Your prep… The people and opportunities you had before this won't stick around if you ditched them or hurt them. If you eat your meal 30 mins later than normal… So what. Life goes on. Don't be lame. You had to stay late at work and your training is now postponed by a few hours? No biggie. Your friends birthday? You can go… Don't partake in the drinks but go and show face. Show your support. Because if you don't… Why should they show face at your show? It doesn't have to be all or nothing. Learn to manage both. Life and fitness. Don't sweat the small stuff #bodybuilding #inspiration #motivation #thoughts #compprep #friends #allornothing #life #challenge #choices #happy #fitness #bikinicompetitor #physique #bikinimodel #fitnesssmodel #fit
